best condition and as quickly as possible. By shopping at thevastrikaa.com, you agree to the
following policies.

1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

● Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not
shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
● Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at
checkout.
● Delivery Estimates: * Within Hyderabad: 2–4 business days.
○ Rest of India: 5–7 business days depending on the location.
● Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS
containing your tracking number(s).
● Damages during Transit: JISHIKA FASHION WORLD is not liable for any products
damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the
shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods
before filing a claim.

2. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

● Eligibility Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or
exchange.
● Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed,
and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
with all tags (including handloom tags) intact.
● Non-Returnable Items: * Items on “Final Sale” or clearance.
○ Sarees with falls or picot (edging) already completed as per custom request.
○ Customized or altered blouses/dresses.

3. REFUNDS

● Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or
message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you
of the approval or rejection of your refund.
● Process: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be
applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
● Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for
returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
● Exchanges : Exchanged products will be dispatched within 48 hours of the original
item’s successful quality inspection at our facility, with final delivery typically taking 5–7
business days across India.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

● Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before the order has been
dispatched, whichever is earlier. Once the item has been shipped, it cannot be
cancelled.
